Rebel Body Fitness Running Club will hold two free informational sessions -- at noon and 7:30 p.m. -- Monday at 304 Heritage Drive, inside Snap Fitness for those interested in 5K and 10K race training programs. The informational meetings are free and open to the public. Participants can find out more about Rebel Body Fitness Running Club 5K and 10K Training Programs during the informational sessions led by program organizers.
