College baseball teams getting batted around

The NCAA isn’t doing anything to college football, like combating the powerful spread offensive schemes, to eliminate high-scoring games.

But, according to Ole Miss baseball coach Mike Bianco, the powers that be are doing just that to college baseball with the implementation of the new BBCOR bats that more closely resemble characteristics of wooden bats. (February 2, 2011, Page 6)
