At the recommendation of the Lafayette County Planning Commission, the Lafayette County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the site plan for the 500,000-square-foot building that is planned for the expansion of the existing Winchester plant located on County Road 166.

Burial will take place at Warren Cemetery in Pontotoc County. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley.
Water Valley jumped out to an early lead and was able to sustain it throughout the contest en route to a lopsided 49-27 win over the Jaguars. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Blue Devils, who improved to 10-4 on the year.

The Ole Miss men’s hoops team will face its final non-conference opponent tonight in SMU before the start of its Southeastern Conference schedule on Saturday. The Rebels (11-3 overall) travel to Dallas to take on the Mustangs (9-4) and face yet another different style of offense and a team that Ole Miss coach Andy Kennedy is hoping will be beneficial for his team moving forward.
