The Student Programming Board and the Department of Campus Programming will host the annual Miss University pageant at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Ford Center for Performing Arts. Nine ladies will vie for the title of Miss University 2011. The winner will be crowned Miss University and will advance to the Miss Mississippi Scholarship Pageant to be held in Vicksburg in June. The pageant will be emceed by Adrian Turner, reigning Miss University, and Sarah Beth James, Miss Mississippi 2010. Tickets for the pageant are available at the UM Box Office in the Student Union for $10 with an Ole Miss Student ID and $15 to the general public.
