The gang is getting back together. The official roster for Ole Miss’ alumni game, set to take place on Feb. 5 at Oxford-University Stadium, is starting to take form.The roster features mostly players who have played under current head coach Mike Bianco, with the exception of Ryan Bukvich, who played at Ole Miss during the 1998-1999 seasons.

HERE is Ole Miss’ press release on the alumni weekend. We’ll hopefully have a story within the next couple of days depending on how long it takes to get in touch with a few people.
The actual game is set for Feb. 5 at 1 p.m. Tickets are $5 for the general public. Students will be admitted for free.

TOLBERT THE FIRST: Ryan Bukvich may be the most tenured member of the alumni squad, but when it comes to ties to Bianco — who took over in 2001 — no player can top current Minnesota Twin Matt Tolbert.
As former assistant Dan McDonnell said in an article from March 12, 2010 (HERE), Tolbert was his first-ever commitment. (January 18, 2011)
