After 15 years of serving eclectic, but always delicious dishes, the Yocona In Exile restaurant — previously Yocona River Inn — will close its doors this weekend.
Yocona in Exile was opened in Abbeville after a fire in the spring of 2009 destroyed the original restaurant, Yocona River Inn. Osborn relocated her restaurant and renamed it when she reopened it a year ago in Abbeville. The new restaurant gave the downtown area of the tiny town a spark of new life.
