Before a public hearing could be held, Alderman Janice Antonow asked Tuesday to have the off-premise sales request removed from the agenda due to a lack of votes that would stop any veto from Mayor Pat Patterson who has promised he will veto any alcohol related issue. (December 21, 2010)
