Ole Miss’ formidable non-conference slate to open the year only gets tougher this week as the Rebels host two teams that advanced to the NCAA Tournament and NIT respectively last season.
Murray State, a team that went 31-5 and was a made 3-point shot away from beating Butler in the second round of the NCAA Tournament last year, visits on Wednesday, while the Dayton Flyers, the team that beat the Rebels in last year’s NIT Final Four, comes to town on Saturday.
