The Lafayette County Historical and Genealogical Society, formerly the Skipwith Society, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Genealogy Room of the Lafayette County & Oxford Public Library, 401 Bramlett Blvd. The free lecture will be given by certified genealogist Faye Miller Mitchell. The public is invited.
