• Velma Caple — 94, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, Oct. 18, 2010. Graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Rest Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home in North Little Rock, Ark.
