New bike racks will soon be located around the Square. Billy Lamb, city superintendent for buildings and grounds, is working with Pathways Commission to determine the best locations for the racks. One has been installed at the corner of South Lamar Boulevard and Van Buren Avenue. (October 21, 2010, Page 2)
