SPORTS EDITOR BLOG — Extra seats will be added to accommodate an overflow crowd that is expected to attend Saturday’s game between the Ole Miss Rebels and the No. 1 ranked (BCS Standings) Auburn Tigers.There will be a lot of Orange and Navy in the Vaught-Hemingway stands as approximately 8,200 tickets have been sold to Auburn fans through Ole Miss. An extra request for tickets, above the 6,000 allotted, was made by Auburn officials over the past few weeks. Some estimates have placed the figure of 10,000 Auburn fans in attendance for Saturday’s game. The extra seats will be folding chairs that will be placed at the base of the South End Zone and the sides of the East and West stands. Kickoff for Saturday’s game is set for 5 p.m. and will be broadcast live on ESPN2. (October 27, 2010)
