Lafayette’s march towards a second-straight Region 2-4A title continued with another dominating performance on both sides of the ball Friday night. The No. 1 Commodores had their way from the start with the North Panola Cougars in a game that eventually turned into a one-sided 49-0 win.
LHS (7-0 overall, 3-0 Region 2-4A) has only been challenged for a half in its three region games so far this season, a fact that means the Commodores are actually playing more against themselves than the opponent on the field each week. (October 4, 2010, Page 5B)
