Company earns ‘F’ grade from BBB

When you deal with 20,000 customers selling magazines, Dan Wilson, owner of Exclusive Media Services in Oxford, says having complaints is unavoidable.

However, the Better Business Bureau claims having 128 complaints filed against a company the size of EMS is unacceptable. The BBB showed its views by giving the magazine sales company an “F” rating. (October 18, 2010, Page 1)

      Wow that can’t be a good sign for any business. Desperate times do call for desperate measures but when you are a business you can not upset the very people who use or purchase from the company.
      Maybe some businesses are trying to cut corners to get through the economy but that definitely is not the way to go to day when people are looking for service and satisfaction from a company.
