Phase two of the Pathways Commission project is still postponed while waiting on MDOT to make final approval of changes to help cut down on costs. Meanwhile, the safe routes for schools project which includes adding sidewalks, repairing sidewalks and adding a median and raised crosswalk near Oxford Middle School is set to begin this week. (September 21, 2010, Page 1)
