The early season success continued for the No. 11 Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers Thursday night as they posted a come-from-behind 25-19 win over East Mississippi at Sullivan-Windham Stadium.
The win was the opener of MACJC North Division play for the Rangers (3-0), who were able to end East Mississippi’s 15-game home winning streak in the process. The Rangers were led again on offense by the running of Calvin Malone and Jay Jones and the efficient passing of quarterback Brent Osborn. (September 17, 2010, Page 6A)
