A complete effort from the offense, defense and special teams couldn’t have come at a better time for the Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers Thursday night.
The Rangers won their second MACJC North Division game in as many tries with a one-sided 37-7 win over Coahoma at Bobby Franklin Field. Thursday’s win saw the Rangers (4-0 overall, 2-0 in division play) grab an early lead that only continued to grow in the first half. The Rangers jumped out to a 27-0 lead on the Tigers (2-2, 1-1) thanks to the passing of quarterback Brent Osborn, the receiving of wideout Myles White and the hard running of Jay Jones and Calvin Malone.
