Students aren’t back yet but the buses have kicked off their fall schedule. As of Monday, the complete routes have restarted including the reopening of the orange route which had been closed over the summer due to low ridership. July ridership was up with 12,725 riders compared to June’s 11,048. But with students returning to Oxford next week, Oxford University Transit Manager Ron Biggs expects the ridership to once again swell despite better than expected summer ridership.
