The Rotary Club of Oxford will meet at noon Tuesday at the Oxford University Club. Peter Dunbar, son of Marty and John Dunbar of Oxford and this year's recipient of a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholarship sponsored by the Rotary Club of Oxford and District 6800, will speak on his plans to use the scholarship to complete advanced studies at Argentina's National University at Cordoba. Members may bring guests.
