A court date has been set in the case against Ole Miss sophomore running back Rodney Scott stemming from an on-campus altercation with a fellow student.
On Tuesday, in Scott’s initial appearance, Scott pleaded not guilty to disturbing the peace and Justice Court Judge Johnny Wayne McLarty assigned a trial date of Oct. 4. (July 30, 2010, Page 6A)
