Oxford is struggling with some of the highest unemployment levels in years but new building permits are on the rise. Obviously, we’re in the midst of an economic boom.
That seems to be one of the conclusions that be drawn from a new report by USA Today. According to the report, Oxford is one of the fastest growing college towns in the country. (June 29, 2010, Page 1)
