WATER VALLEY — After months of searching and interviewing, the Water Valley School District finally found a successor for Superintendent Sammy Higdon. On Monday, Deborah Moran officially accepted the school district’s offer to lead the school district into the future. She comes to Water Valley from the Hancock County School District.
