U.S. Attorney’s Office gets more time to respond to claim

U.S. District Judge Glenn H. Davidson signed an order Wednesday granting the government’s request for an extension to respond to a motion from insurance agent Ken Nowlin in regard to his guilty plea to a charge of conspiracy. (April 6, 2010, Page 2)
