Quarterback Jevan Snead and running back Cordera Eason have signed undrafted free agent deals, according to various sources.Fifteen quarterbacks were drafted over the course of the three-day NFL Draft, and Ole Miss quarterback Jevan Snead was not among them.
Quickly after the draft concluded this afternoon it was reported by various sources that Snead signed a free agent deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Bucs currently have three quarterbacks on their roster: Josh Johnson, Rudy Carpenter and 2009 first-round draft pick Josh Freeman.
Snead, who was one of the top quarterbacks in the country out of Stephenville (Texas) High School, had opted to forgo his senior season at Ole Miss and enter the draft.
