• John Baker Ratliff — 88, died Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at New Prospect Baptist Church in Oxford. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the church. Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
