An exhibit of works by untrained African-American artists from Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama is on display now through May 7 at the University of Mississippi Museum. The opening event is set for Tuesday, March 30, featuring a lecture by Esther Sparks, visiting assistant professor of art history. The museum is located at the corner of University Avenue and South Fifth Street. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
