Polynice returns to practice, may play Friday

Ole Miss junior forward/guard Eniel Polynice, who was suspended for an undisclosed time period over the weekend, returned to practice today and will make the trip with the team to the SEC Tournament in Nashville. Polynice missed the Rebels’ 68-66 win over Arkansas on Saturday due to conduct detrimental to the team.
Ole Miss coach Andy Kennedy said during his talk with the media that he and Polynice had a couple pointed discussions about his role in the future and he felt like the issues of last week were on the way to be corrected. Ole Miss earned a bye in the upcoming SEC Tournament and will play either LSU or Tennessee in its first game on Friday at 2:15 p.m. (March 10, 2010, Page 9)
