The U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services will offer a class to legal, permanent residents on the ins and outs of how to become a U.S. citizen. The two-hour class, which will be taught in English, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Lafayette County & Oxford Public Library and will be free to all those interested in attending.
