The Oxford Newcomers Club will host a special event at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday —  "An Evening with Ace Atkins." The noted author will speak to the club at the Powerhouse Arts Community Arts Center, located on University Avenue. Cost is $5 per person and includes a wine & cheese reception. All are welcome.
